Cauliflower pizza crust. It’s a lower carb flour free option for scratching that pizza itch. It won’t replace the typical pizza crust, but it is a great way to switch it up!
Mix up the dried riced cauliflower and all of the ingredients. If your looking to change it up feel free to add some spices besides the traditional basil and oregano.
Spread it out to resemble a pizza crust. This crust is filling so you might want to go a little smaller than you do with a traditional dough.
Crap. At this moment I realize there is no scale to show on any of these crust photos. Well that black spoon is almost 10″ long. So that’s about a 9″ pizza there. We made four about that size from this recipe of cauliflower pizza crust.
After about 15 minutes you get this golden crispy goodness! Top it as you wish and give it about 5 more minutes to warm and melt your toppings.

- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Take about 1/2 cup of the mix for an individual crust. More if you want a larger pizza.

- Bake for about 15 minutes. The crust should be golden brown, it will not rise like a typical flour based crust.
- Add your favorite toppings and bake for about 5 minutes until your cheese is melted.
