Heat the oven to 450.
Cook the cauliflower per the package instructions. Wrap the cooked cauliflower in a towel and press to drain excess water. A clean dish towel will do just fine. Remove as much water as you can for a crisper crust.
Mix eggs and all other ingredients while the cauliflower is draining.
Stir in the cauliflower to combine. Mix well.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Take about 1/2 cup of the mix for an individual crust. More if you want a larger pizza.
Spread it thin on the parchment paper. Use a spoon to spread it out. to keep it from sticking to your fingers.
Bake for about 15 minutes. The crust should be golden brown, it will not rise like a typical flour based crust.
Add your favorite toppings and bake for about 5 minutes until your cheese is melted.
