Green Goddess Basil Pesto

This pesto is made from the Green Goddess Basil Base that you made when you had more basil than you could figure out what to do with.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Green Goddess Basil Base
  • 3/4 cup Pine nuts toasted
  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350. Toast pine nuts for about 5 minutes. Allow them to cool before proceeding. Toasting is optional.
  • Place the Green Goddess and pine nuts into the food processor. Pulse to combine.
  • With the food processor running drizzle in the olive oil.
  • Add Parmesan and pulse to combine.
