Dumping Soup

A quick an easy dumpling soup.

Ingredients

  • 21/2 ea onion sliced thin
  • 1 ea carrot sliced thin
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 8 ea frozen dumplings

Instructions

  • Slice the onion and carrots thin. Place in your pot with the sesame oil and minced garlic. Saute until the onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Add all of the other ingredients except the dumplings and bring to a boil.
  • Add the frozen dumplings and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cover until its time to serve.
  • Top with fresh chives, toasted sesame seeds or chili paste if you like. Enjoy!
