Pickled Onions

- 2 ea Red Onions
- 2 ea White onions
- 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 cups White wine vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp pickle crisp
Slice the onions and combine into bowl.Combine other ingredients and bring to a boil.Combine onions and brine and allow to sit for 15 minutes covered. Fill jars with onions and then top with brine.Makes approximately 5 pints.
