The Best Balsamic Steak Sauce
A simple yet wonderful sauce for steaks or burgers.

- 1 ea shallot minced about 1/4 cup
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
Mince the shallot. About 1/4 cup minced. Saute the shallot in the butter until translucent.
Add the balsamic vinegar and sugar. Stir to combine.
Bring the sauce to a simmer while stirring. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until your desired consistency. Serve warm over steak and enjoy!
